Fradkin Consulting LLC ("we," "us") provides marketing services to local service businesses, including landing pages and text-message follow-up on their behalf. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website and the landing pages we operate for our business clients.

When you submit a quote-request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address (optional), and the content of your inquiry and subsequent messages. We also collect basic technical information such as the advertising source of your visit.

How we use it. Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry on behalf of the business you contacted: answering questions, scheduling appointments, and related follow-up. Your information is shared with that business so they can serve you.

Text messaging. You will only receive text messages if you explicitly opt in by checking the consent box on a quote-request form. Message frequency varies with your conversation; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No third-party marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the specific business you contacted (to serve your request) and our service providers acting on our behalf (such as our messaging and hosting providers).

Retention and security. We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and the business you contacted, and protect them with industry-standard security practices. We do not sell personal information.
