These terms govern your use of websites and landing pages operated by Fradkin Consulting LLC, including quote-request forms we operate on behalf of local service businesses.

The service. When you submit a quote-request form, we relay your inquiry to the business you contacted and, with your consent, provide automated text-message follow-up on that business's behalf — answering questions and helping schedule appointments. We are a marketing service provider; the underlying home services are provided by the business you contacted, which is solely responsible for its work, pricing, and scheduling.

Text messaging program. By checking the consent box on a form, you agree to receive conversational text messages related to your inquiry from the business you contacted. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Acceptable use. You agree to provide accurate information and to use these forms only to make genuine inquiries.

Disclaimers. Automated responses are provided for convenience; appointment times, pricing, and service details are confirmed by the business. Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
